Return Policy

Onulis accepts returns, subject to the following:

Allowable Period

Purchased items can be returned to Onulis within 30 calendar days of shipment date. After 30 days, returns will not be accepted.

Condition

To be eligible for return, items must be unused, undamaged, complete with all parts and accessories, and in original, undamaged packaging. If product is a consumable, it cannot be returned if packaging has been opened.

Return Authorization (RA)

Prior to returning an item, contact our team at info@onulis.com, explaining the details of your original order and reason for return. As appropriate, you will be granted an RA number. Your RA number must be included in the package of the returned item, along with original order information. Any items returned without a RA number will not be accepted. Customers assume all shipping and handling charges for any unauthorized returns.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying all shipping and insurance costs for the return shipment. If an item consists of several parts, all parts must be returned to obtain a refund. All returned items must be in original packaging. We strongly recommend fully insuring your shipment against loss or damage and use of a carrier that provides proof of delivery.

 

Restocking Fee

Returns are subject to a restocking fee, equal to 25% of the original purchase price of each item refunded. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

 

Refund

Upon arrival, all returns will be inspected. You will receive a confirmation email once Onulis has received your returned item and if your return request has been approved. We may charge a fee for any used or missing accessories.

 

If a refund is approved, a credit will automatically be charged to your original method of payment. The refund may take time to reflect in your records. Prior to contacting Onulis about your refund, please check with your credit card company, bank, or other payment service.
